The successful candidate will be working hybrid (2-3 days) out of our BDO Calgary office and will be responsible for:Manage the client engagement process, including conflict checks, client setup, budget allocation, and creation of SOWs/MSAs.Coordinate project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and detailed schedules while monitoring progress and addressing challenges.Track and manage budgets, expenses, and time allocation to ensure project requirements are met.Support proposal development and RFP processes, from reviewing to completing and coordinating approved submissions.Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.Schedule and coordinate client meetings, ensuring action items and follow-ups are tracked effectively.Maintain a collaborative environment by supporting onboarding programs, updating HR documentation, and managing internal platforms like SharePoint.Provide administrative support, including research on HR best practices and legislative updates.How do we define success for your role?You demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspect of your work: Integrity, Respect and CollaborationYou understand your clientxe2x80x99s industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high quality workYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clientsYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains & attracts talentYou actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplaceYou grow your expertise through learning and professional development.Your experience and education:Post-secondary degree or higher is preferred.A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and HR project coordination, ideally in a professional services environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.A positive attitude and customer-service mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Why BDO?Our people-first approach to talent has earned us a spot among .
