HR and Marketing Manager
to help us attract top talent and elevate our clinic's community presence. This hybrid leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about both people and promotion.
About the Role
You'll blend strategic recruitment with creative marketing--driving our talent acquisition efforts while developing campaigns that reflect our clinic's mission and values. In addition to leading digital outreach and employer branding, you'll work closely with our management team to support hospital operations across our two animal hospitals. From shaping team culture to contributing to day-to-day management, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both our people and our practice.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract veterinary professionals
Support onboarding, employee engagement, and internal HR communications
Employee performance management
Employee leave application and management
Employee benefits coordination
Joint Health and Safety committee management (Certification required)
Address conflict in coordination with the management team
Marketing & Advertising
Plan and run digital campaigns (social media, email, Google Ads)
Design promotional materials for clinic services and events
Maintain and update hospital websites using Wix (both desktop and mobile versions) and social media with engaging, timely content
Organize community outreach events to strengthen brand visibility
Track and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies
Champion employer branding to showcase our clinic culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, HR, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in a hybrid HR/Marketing role
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with tools like Wix, Google Ads, Google Classroom, and job platforms
Bonus: Experience in the veterinary industry, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors
