Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in British Columbia. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our mission of delivering superior construction services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions that align with our commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Manage human capital processes including talent acquisition and employee relations. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills. Oversee performance management processes to foster employee growth. Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding initiatives. Collaborate with management on strategic HR planning. Maintain HRIS systems for accurate data management. Support workforce management initiatives to optimize team performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies. Project management skills are a plus.
