Human Resource Generalist
Burlington
Full time in office position
Hours 830am-430pm
Monday-Friday
Salary 60-70K

- Minimum 2 years hands on HR experience, preference for those from production/manufacturing environment
- Foundational knowledge in recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employment law
- Proficient with HRIS platforms and Microsoft 365
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive issues
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Technologically savvy
- Onboarding & Recruitment
- Managing Temporary Personnel
- Compensation and Benefit Administration
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Training
- Support to HR Manager as required.
