Deine Aufgaben


Audit Support:

Support internal and external audits for medical devices and combination products.

Regulatory Documentation:

Prepare documentation for registrations and respond to health authority queries.

HFE Planning:

Design, plan, and execute Human Factors activities for development projects.

HFE Deliverables:

Create key documents (user profiles, use problems, task analyses).

User Requirements:

Translate user needs into design inputs.

Risk Management:

Identify use-related hazards and contribute to risk analyses.

Usability Testing:

Conduct formative and summative evaluations.

HFE Communication:

Report usability risks and provide design recommendations.

Labeling & Instructions:

Develop user labeling and instructions with cross-functional teams.

Best Practices:

Implement HFE standards, SOPs, and templates.

Knowledge Sharing:

Promote HFE awareness and contribute to publications and presentations.

Dein Profil


Educational Background:

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering, science, or equivalent field.

Strong Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, active listener, and ability to collaborate across functions.

Problem-Solving Mindset:

Ability to inspire others and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German or other language skills are an advantage.

Presentation Expertise:

Proven experience in scientific or technical publications and presenting at internal and external conferences.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Factors Engineering, medical devices, or combination products, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.

This position is 60 % onsite. Your starting salary will be at least

EUR 65,000 gross per year

, with the potential for market-competitive overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
