Position Summary:

Horseshoe Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Snow School Administration Supervisor to lead our Snow School's administrative operations. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring the smooth coordination of lesson bookings, instructor schedules, guest inquiries, and other critical Snow School activities. If you have a passion for winter sports and strong organizational skills, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and exciting environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Working with the Snow School Manager to coordinate, communicate and ensure successful execution of all snow school activities included in the 8 Week Programs Build and maintain work schedules for all Snow School employees, ensuring coverage for all lessons and programs Maintain all record keeping for employee availabilities and snow school certifications Complete administrative and payroll functions for Snow School staff using Horseshoe issued programs and systems Act as an on site supervisor of program operations Monitor instructors' performance and provide coaching as required Report to and work with the Snow School Manager to monitor the quality of the lessons, the technical content of each lesson, and the overall process of the programs Act as the parent/guardian liaison between snow school guests and Horseshoe Resort Work with the Snow School and Guest Services teams to address and resolve customer issues and complaints. Supervise mid-week private and discover lessons

Qualifications:

Previous snow sport on-hill and administrative experience is an asset Previous snow sport instructor experience is an asset Previous experience in a customer service supervisory role Previous program supervising experience Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work outside in cold conditions Proficient computer skills. (email, Google Suite) Possess strong leadership skills. Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to work weekends and holidays
