Ecole Sir John Franklin High School
Grade 9 to 12
Full Time (100% FTE, approximately 75% teacher/25% Education Assistant)
Term: January 28, 2026 to June 30, 2026
The teaching assignment for this position will include Career Life Education and Study Hall classes.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor of Education Degree, a NWT Teacher Certification and :
An understanding of competency based education Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Understanding of universal design for learning Understanding of backwards design Understanding of triangulation of evidence of learning Strong communication skills
