Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources management practices. This position requires a proactive approach to change management and project management, ensuring that HR initiatives align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Responsible for administering Owner Operator payroll. Oversee and manage the Owner Operator benefits plan. Provide HR and payroll support to staff.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in Payroll or Human Resources, or intent to pursue, considered an asset). Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Truckmate is an asset. Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:



Genuine interest in building a career in Payroll and/or Human Resources.
