Job Description

Job Purpose:



Collaborate with HRBP (Human Resources Business Partners), TR (Total Rewards), TA (Talent Acquisition), WP (Workforce Planning), IT and other stakeholders to streamline and optimize business processes using the HRIS systems capabilities. Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for system-related inquiries, escalations, and user support issues.



What You Will Do:

Process Improvement and Optimization:



Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities within both systems, enabling data-driven decision-making, reports, and dashboards. Develop and deliver ongoing training sessions and workshops to promote system adoption and proficiency. Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and system enhancements.

System Implementation and Configuration:



Lead the implementation and configuration of the HRIS systems to meet organizational needs. Integrate the HRIS systems via demographic files and other Infrastructure Ontario applications (e.g., Salipoint). Implement new modules within the HRIS systems used to align with organizational requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and usability.

System Maintenance and Support:



Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure maximum uptime and user satisfaction. Coordinate with the HRIS applications support teams to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades and patches. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within HRIS systems. Manage system access and roles.

User Training and Support:



Provide training and support to end-users HRIS applications used functionalities, best practices, and system updates.

Compliance and Data Security:



Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies governing data privacy, security, and confidentiality. Implement and maintain appropriate access controls, user permissions, and audit trails within HRIS systems. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to HR systems and technology.

What We Are Looking For:



Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, capable of explaining complex systems to non-technical users. Proficiency in Dayforce and SAP HR modules, with a strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes. Bachelor's degree and significant years of work experience with HR systems management, with expertise in Dayforce and SAP HR modules. Able to work independently, collaborate on key deliverables, and provide coaching and technical guidance. Must be an internal systems expert, capable of impacting multiple departments and supporting strategic goals. Ability to resolve issues across various technical areas and modules, often requiring thorough investigation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare and present complex information, negotiating internally and externally, and explaining new concepts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $99,800 to $149,700 (P5 level), pay will align with skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate.
