The HRIS Specialist at Rodeo FX is responsible for advising, optimizing, and supporting stakeholders. They are responsible for the development, evolution, maintenance, and optimization of the company\'s HRIS platforms. They work collaboratively with various teams to define technical specifications and ensure support for HR and payroll services.

They serve as a key liaison between HR, payroll, IT teams, and external solution providers. In collaboration with the HR Systems and Technological Transformation Manager, they identify ways to optimize and automate HR processes and are also responsible for research, creation, and delivery of training materials.

They are also responsible for the analytical and configuration aspects of various HR systems, ensuring that the reports and dashboards produced meet the needs of the HR team and executive team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop recommendations and advise on best market practices. Optimize methods and improve the efficiency of various processes according to the company\'s growth (advisory role);
  • Participate in the implementation and configuration of upcoming modules of our HRIS system by analyzing team requirements and technical specifications, testing the system, and performing technology solution upgrades, patches, and enhancements;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans aimed at improving existing HR systems and identifying opportunities for the development of new modules or functionalities;
  • Document business and operational needs and identify gaps. Configure the HRIS system to align with the company\'s reality. Establish testing criteria and perform tests. Contribute to the creation/revamping of reports and communications that support client processes;
  • Act as a reference for HRIS system support and data administration. Analyze data, identify gaps, investigate and resolve related issues. Produce reports, analyses, and recommendations to enhance data management decision-making;
  • Identify ways to optimize and automate HR processes in collaboration with the HR Systems and Technological Transformation Manager;
  • Document administrative business processes of the HRIS system.
  • Coordinate training and support efforts to assist HR system users in understanding functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and maximizing system utilization;
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve the overall HR strategy of the company, using data and analyses from HR systems to influence strategic decisions;
  • Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, payroll services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for all HRIS-related matters;
  • Maintain positive relationships with the HR team and be the first point of contact for the HRIS system and all functional support inquiries related to HR systems, including employee requests regarding their use of the HRIS system.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HR systems management, data analysis, or a related field;
  • University degree in computer science, human resources management, business, public administration, or a related field;
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources management systems and databases;
  • Strong organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills;
  • Ability to work in a team, manage projects, and adapt to changes;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office and G Suite software;
  • Experience in creating and delivering training materials and technical documentation;
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to information and data security management;
  • Experience working with payroll systems, performance management systems, and other related HR systems would be an asset;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of the organization and external partners;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
