Summary:



Enercare is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior HRIS Implementation Specialist to join our team to support our HRIS merge project for 7-8 months. This role demands deep expertise in Ceridian Dayforce, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to influence organizational growth through data-driven insights. The Implementation Lead will serve as a key thought partner across HR and Payroll teams during implementation while stewarding optimization of our HRIS ecosystem.



Responsibilities

HRIS Strategy & Systems Leadership

Work closely with the Project Team as a subject matter expert for Ceridian Dayforce (Core HCM, Payroll, WFM, Recruiting) Partner cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Payroll and consultants to architect streamlined and scalable workflows specific to the project

Reporting & Analytics

Design, deliver, and enhance HR and Payroll, dashboards, reports, and predictive insights Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations for senior leadership Drive continuous improvement in data quality and analytics maturity

Operational Excellence & Support

Own the HRIS issue resolution process with Ceridian and external consultants during implementation providing timely updates and stakeholder coordination Lead data transfers between Dayforce and ancillary systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance Support HRIS migration activities with speed and precision Serve as a champion for HR technology innovation during the implementation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, HR, or related field 7+ years progressive experience in HRIS, with 5+ years in Ceridian Dayforce modules Proven success managing complex system implementations and integrations High proficiency in Excel; experience with MS Access is an asset Strong communicator with ability to engage diverse stakeholders Advanced problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail and process scalability Experience leading projects cross functionally Builds and nurtures strong cross functional relationships
