About the workplace
As an HRIS Consultant, youll optimize & support the design and development of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically our payroll and time and attendance system, to meet the strategic and operational needs of Vancity. In this role, youll partner with business leaders to analyze HR processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and implement best practices that elevate our HR technology solutions.
This is a permanent, full-time role that will enjoy hybrid working arrangements which can be fulfilled primarily from the Vancity head office location and your Lower Mainland based home office. This role may require you to work on-site at least once a week.
