As an HRIS Analyst, you play a key role in leveraging, analyzing, and optimizing HR data and systems. You contribute to better decision-making by providing reliable insights, high-performing dashboards, and an optimal use of our HRIS. You act as a subject-matter expert for HR teams and managers, while actively supporting technological evolution and the continuous improvement of HR processes.



Key Responsibilities




Produce, analyze, and interpret HR data. Design, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards. Respond to the needs of leadership and HR partners through targeted analyses. Document indicators, calculation rules, and methodologies. Configure and optimize HRIS modules based on business needs. Recommend improvements to processes, workflows, and reports. Collaborate on data integrations with related systems. Support users in leveraging HRIS functionalities and resolving functional requests. Train managers and HR teams and develop training materials. Support projects related to total rewards, employee experience, and HR process improvement. Contribute to data governance and integrity by recommending appropriate controls. Stay current with best practices and trends in HR analytics and HRIS technologies.

Desired Profile




Hold a bachelor's degree in industrial relations, business administration (HR profile), or business technology management (BTM). Accumulate a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources or HR analytics. Demonstrate strong interest and experience in compensation, analytics, and programming (R/VBA, Power BI). Possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools. Adapt quickly to a growing and evolving environment while demonstrating tolerance for ambiguity. Learn quickly and work effectively in a technology-driven context. Contribute to operational excellence through versatility and strong teamwork skills. Communicate effectively in both French and English to collaborate with all organizational stakeholders.
