Are you interested in all aspects of HR, from staffing to OHS, compensation and training? You're a people person and a "floor" type. You're not afraid to put on your safety shoes and meet employees on the floor! You're looking to join an SME where the teams are mobilized towards a common goal: the success of its employees and their well-being. Then this internship is perfect for you! In this internship, you'll have the opportunity to : • Assist with recruitment activities: collaborate with the recruitment team to publish job offers, follow up on resumes received and organize interviews.
• Support onboarding processes by preparing documents, organizing welcome days and ensuring a smooth experience for new employees
• Update and maintain employee files and HR databases
• Actively participate in supporting HR program initiatives and activities around talent management, performance and development
• Provide administrative support: draft documents, manage emails and organize files
• Collaborate in the planning and organization of activities and events for employees and the Wellness Committee
With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful: • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in industrial relations or human resources management
• Knowledge of the Office 365 Suite
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Organizational skills and professionalism
• Well-developed customer service approach
