This position is responsible for administering HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting employee relations, coordinating training and development, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer day-to-day HR operations including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave tracking.
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
Provide Guidance to staff on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Support health and safety policies and workplace accommodations as needed.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of progressive HR experience; Specialist experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
