We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Brantford, Ontario at our Brantford Mixing Centre (BRMC) starting January 2026.
As an HR Specialist you will:
Partner with the Site HR Leader to support day-to-day work systems, tasks and HR needs of the organization
Provide day-to-day employee support with: Timesheets, Leaves of Absences, Flexible Work Arrangements, etc.
Support employees and leaders with day-to-day needs such as policy and benefits guidance
Payroll and time administration - research and to get to root cause of payroll issues, and fix them either directly or working with key internal Payroll partners
Maintain employment records in appropriate systems
Support projects as needed in the areas of organizational culture, training and development, manager-employee and team relationships
Partner with Employee Relations Practice to analyze and prevent potential issues with new policies or systems that impact pay, time off, calculations, etc.
