to lead the management and optimization of our HRIS (UKG) systems and team. As the
HR Services Specialist
you will:
Manage the HR Services inbox, including categorizing, responding to HR-related inquiries in a timely manner, and directing inquiries.
Provide day-to-day HRIS support to all departments across the business to resolve HRIS issues, answer questions, and provide training and guidance.
Administer and process new hires, onboarding, offboarding, and other various HR processes.
Coordinate and prioritize daily and weekly workload in collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure all processing activities and deadlines are met.
Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure data integrity compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in the HRIS and HR programs and processes, providing guidance and support to ensure effective utilization and optimization of HR systems.
Support HR projects to improve the user experience, automate processes, and increase the HRIS's efficiency and technical capability.
Document internal and external processes relating to HR processes.
Draft HR-related company announcements, employment changes, employment verification, and other letters.
Maintain the integrity of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) by entering the required information.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support, design, and implement new HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrates the company's values in all aspects of their work performance.
As a successful candidate you will have the following:
Post-secondary education in human resource management.
CHRP designation or working towards the designation is a strong asset.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Excellent ability to manage high volumes of information in an organized fashion.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work strategically.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.
Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
Work Parameters:
Normal working hours fall between 8 am and 5 pm Central Standard Time.
Observes National Holidays of the country of employment and Office
Closures of the head office of record.
Hybrid work from home and Home Office.
A satisfactory Criminal Record Check is required.
