We are a growing oilfield service company committed to safety, performance, and supporting our team both in the office and in the field. We're currently looking for a reliable and proactive
HR & Safety Coordinator
to join our team and handle both roles efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain safety compliance programs (ISN, ComplyWorks, etc.)
Monitor, update, and maintain employee training records and certifications
Provide HR support: onboarding, documentation, time sheets, policy enforcement, etc.
Conduct regular site visits and safety inspections
Respond promptly to incidents and assist with investigations and reporting
Maintain accurate documentation using Excel and other computer tools
Be available by phone when incidents occur - we need someone dependable
Requirements:
Must have oilfield experience
and a clear understanding of field operations and safety requirements
Strong working knowledge of ISN, ComplyWorks, and industry safety compliance practices
Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to field locations
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with field and office staff
Previous HR and/or safety coordination experience strongly preferred

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
