We are looking for a

HR Operations Coordinator

to keep our HR engine running smoothly. This hands-on role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who wants to learn the ropes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Who You Are

Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized--even when things get busy. Comfortable with change and ambiguity, eager to help build processes from the ground up. Invested in creating a great employee experience and solving problems collaboratively. Tech-friendly and ready to learn new HR systems and tools.

What We Need

Handle employee lifecycle events with accuracy and speed (onboarding, offboarding, changes). Serve as the go-to person for employee questions, resolving or escalating as needed. Maintain HRIS data and support process improvements as our systems evolve. Collaborate across IT, Finance, and other teams to keep operations smooth. Support

hiring and recruitment processes

, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communications.
