INDUSTRY: BankDESCRIPTION:The HR Operations Coordinator role is an individual contributor that provides functional support, including, but not limited to, employee inquiry management, operational process and procedures, policy guidance, program guidance as well as data entry in Workday (HCM, LMS, Talent Modules), and Success Finder. The HR Operations Coordinator role interacts with employees, managers, candidates and vendors at all levels of the organization. At the core, this role is the primary contact on policy and programs for the organization.As part of a diverse team, you will partner with the Shared Services, HRIS and Payroll team, along with other members from Talent, Talent Attraction Total Rewards, Business Partners. As a valued member you will learn from team members and provide support on people analytics, Workday, ServiceNow and Success Finder activities and tasks.
