People Strategy & Culture
Lead execution of our people plan across all six restaurants
Support HR practices that align with business goals and compliance standards
Foster a respectful, inclusive, and positive work culture
Employee Experience
Conduct pulse checks and support conflict resolution processes
Coach GMs and leaders on policy, performance, and retention strategies
Champion employee engagement and workplace wellbeing
Talent Development & Staffing
Manage hiring pipelines and onboarding
Support operations in the development of all roles
Support succession planning and leadership growth pathways
Utilize multiple channels to attract diverse, qualified candidates
HR Operations & Metrics
Manage COEs, WSIB, and related HR processes
Use HRIS systems to track turnover, staffing, and compliance
Monitor KPIs and adjust plans based on data insights
Restaurant Profitability Support
Support General Managers and Operations Consultants with coaching and performance tools
Assist with audits, ROIP action planning, and turnaround strategies
Help tie people practices directly to restaurant performance
Workforce Planning & Talent Management
Lead workforce planning initiatives and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Oversee market-wide staffing to keep all restaurants operating smoothly
Your Vibe & Experience
HR diploma, degree, or strong experience in a people-focused role
Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities
Strong communication and coaching skills
