About the Position



We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

HR Manager

to lead our Human Resources team. This key role supports the overall operations of the HR department, contributing to an exceptional employee experience through efficient administration of HR processes, employee relations, onboarding, training, and benefits. Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding



Post job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews with department managers. Prepare offer letters and facilitate new hire documentation and onboarding. Conduct orientation sessions and introduce new hires to company policies and culture. Ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization.

Employee Records & Data Management



Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in

Dayforce HCM

. Manage personnel files, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Process employee status changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, leaves).

Benefits Administration



Support employees with benefits enrollment and respond to inquiries regarding health, retirement, and wellness programs. Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve benefit-related issues.

Training & Development



Assist with the organization and scheduling of employee training sessions. Track training progress and certifications to ensure compliance. Support performance management processes and development initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting



Monitor HR practices for compliance with employment laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations. Prepare and update reports on HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and engagement. Stay current with changes in labor legislation and HR best practices.

Employee Relations



Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and general HR inquiries. Assist in resolving workplace concerns and support engagement initiatives. Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Administrative Support



Manage scheduling, document preparation, and general administrative duties. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR communications and processes.

Qualifications



Solid understanding of talent acquisition and employee relations Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly

Dayforce

and

Ceridian

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with payroll processes Background in training coordination, employee development, and HR data entry Comfortable with project and change management methodologies
