We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The ideal candidate will act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, ensuring that HR strategies support the overall goals of the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage change effectively.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Lead change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and improve workplace culture.
Implement program management best practices to ensure successful execution of HR initiatives.
Utilize various HRIS systems for data collection and analysis to inform decision-making.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Supervise HR staff and coordinate activities related to payroll processing using systems like ADP.
Facilitate effective communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
Analyze data trends related to workforce metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
Skills
Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
Proficient in change management techniques and strategies.
Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
Familiarity with ATS for efficient recruitment processes.
Excellent negotiation skills for managing employment offers and employee relations issues.
Supervising experience in an HR capacity is preferred.
Proficient in data analysis skills for interpreting workforce data and metrics.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information effectively.
Familiarity with budgeting processes related to HR functions.
