Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and enhance our workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and process improvement. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage change effectively within the organization.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Oversee employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making related to workforce planning and budgeting. Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management. Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and adaptation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining company policies. Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Qualifications



Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations. Excellent negotiation skills with experience in payroll management. Demonstrated ability in program management and process improvement initiatives. Strong data analysis skills for effective decision-making based on data collection. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with employees at all levels. Supervising experience is preferred, showcasing leadership capabilities within an HR context. Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate organizational transitions. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
