Job Description
Experience in driving and leading large-scale projects University degree and 7+ years Project Management experience Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing skills, and verbal and written skills Advanced proficiency in various project management methodologies, especially -Agile methodologies. Ability to integrate project management discipline into a product management type of organization structure. Ability to build relationships across the regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels. Ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities Experience in managing Human Resources projects would be desired. MS-Project, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills essential.
