Develop recruitment strategies, oversee job postings, conduct interviews, and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
Be the first point of contact for all employee inquiries, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution. Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and proactive measures.
Support the performance management processes, including goal setting performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Assist managers in addressing performance issues and developing performance improvement plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Collaborate with department seniors to design and deliver relevant training initiatives, both echnical and soft skills.
Lead and develop initiatives to evolve company policies in a progressive capacit across global cross-functional teams.
Lead the implementation, development, and evolution of progressive HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and align with company culture.
Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure consistent application.
Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment by leading and implementing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Develop and monitor diversity metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Design and execute employee engagement programs, such as wellness initiatives, social events, team-building activities, and recognition programs while working within budgets. Measure employee satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance engagement.
Identify, implement, and utilize HR analytics tools, such as Dayforce, to gather and analyze data related to employee engagement, turnover, performance, and other HR metrics. Generate reports and provide insights to support data-driven decisionmaking.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Keep up-todate with changes in employment legislation and update policies and practices accordingly.

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
CHRP/CHRL considered an asset
5 to 7 years of HR Management and/or People & Culture experience
Extensive knowledge and experience in human resource management including problem solving, conflict resolutions, coaching and analytical skills
Experience with implementation and management of an HRIS tool such as Dayforce, or similar platforms considered a strong asset
Authentically engaged with diversity, equity and inclusion. Willingness and understanding of how to approach the subject in the workplace
