As
Human Resources Manager
, you'll report directly to the President and work closely with operations and executive teams. This is a pivotal role for a confident and autonomous HR professional, ideally with manufacturing and union experience, who thrives in a hands-on environment and knows how to balance compliance, people development, and business alignment.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead core HR functions: recruitment, training, performance management, discipline, and benefits administration;
Act as the key contact for labour relations, including grievances, negotiations, and collective agreement interpretation;
Support managers and employees through clear, consistent communication and workplace presence;
Oversee WSIB claims, modified work programs, and support overall Health & Safety initiatives;
Maintain compliant and up-to-date employee records and prepare HR reporting for leadership.
Your Profile:
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a unionized manufacturing setting;
Solid understanding of employment law, collective agreements, and HR best practices;
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, fair, firm, and empathetic;
Highly organized, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently;
Post-secondary education in HR or Industrial Relations; CHRP is an asset (or in progress);
Comfortable with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is a plus (e.g., Syteline).
