In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of around 4 HR Generalists while supporting and managing the day-to-day HR needs for approximately 7 different facilities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Canadian Employment Laws, fostering a positive work environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to manage benefits and leave programs, recruiting, and serving as the primary contact for union representatives.
