Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
Recruitment & Retention:
Oversee hiring processes, onboarding, and retention programs to attract top talent.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive workplace culture by managing conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Policy & Compliance:

Training & Development:
