Job Summary

Chief Isaac Group is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead the company's HR functions, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and policy development to support the organization's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.

Recruitment & Retention:

Oversee hiring processes, onboarding, and retention programs to attract top talent.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive workplace culture by managing conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Policy & Compliance:

Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations while promoting best practices.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and implement professional development programs to support employee growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer payroll, benefits, and performance-based incentive programs.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of HR management or leadership experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is an asset).

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.

Leadership:

Ability to build strong relationships, foster a positive workplace, and guide teams effectively.

Technology:

Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and payroll software.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
