We are currently hiring for 4-month paid internship/co-op in Human Resources from May 4, 2026 until August 21, 2026 at our Toronto headquarters.

What does the work look like?

During your 4-month work term in Human Resources

, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR role - you are empowered with truly meaningful projects to work on. You can expect to:

Lead 1 or more projects that is linked to HR Analytics and HR Process Have a chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results. Be a strategic partner and develop people to perform at their best. Deliver the expected output of these projects by the end of your internship period (e.g. a report, an analysis, a presentation, a toolkit, an event etc.) and systematically attain the required resources to complete them.
