HR Generalist

Responsibilities

Full cycle recruitment and offboarding of all staff, including clinical staff Assisting with daily administrative tasks In clinic staff assessments and support Succession planning Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compliance and Policy Development, Health and Safety, HR Metrics and Reporting, Strategic HR Planning, Employee Engagement and Retention

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and postgraduate education in a relevant discipline CHRP designation is an asset Customer service experience is an asset A minimum of six months in an HR related field (Including co-op experience) Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion is essential
