2) QuickBooks online and payroll module

Key Responsibilities HR:

Experience with Collage HRIS

Recruitment and Hiring:

Manages the entire hiring process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer preparation.

Onboarding:

Oversees the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training on company policies and procedures.

Employee Relations:

Addresses employee concerns, conducts investigations, and promotes a positive work environment.

Employee Engagement:

Creates and implements employee engagement plans and activities.

Compliance:

Ensures adherence to employment laws and company policies.

Performance Management:

Assists with performance evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting.

Training and Development:

Identifies training needs, coordinates workshops, and supports professional development.

Compensation:

May be involved in salary surveys, compensation planning, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities Admin

Manage company files both paper and digital Manage company drives and access to information Help maintain operational accountability by tracking key metrics and preparing reports. Provide administrative support for the office leader's strategic initiatives and projects Compile data, statistics and other information. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Other duties, as assigned.
Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Payroll

Experience with QuickBooks Plus and Payroll Elite A/P: Manage receipts and prepare entries for the bookkeeper A/R: Prepare invoices as directed Accounting Paperwork: manage and organize all of the income and expense paperwork in the oofice Note: This is an environment where you will be asked to help in areas outside of your main job description.*

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trust and rapport with employees and stakeholders. Problem-solving and organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks and handle complex issues. Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and procedures is crucial for ensuring compliance. Proficiency in HRIS software. Helpful if experience with Collage Skilled with google suite products including gmail, sheets and docs Familiar with, or willing to learn, Smartsheet Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze information from various sources to identify issues and provide solutions. Independent thinker and learner who takes initiative without being prompted. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance An asset

Work Type


Currently the office is at the owners home in East St. Paul. As we complete organization and restructure processes, we will move to an independent office. Initially, work will be conducted at this location but will transition to some flexibility on working from home.

Class 4 drivers license a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
