An exciting opportunity exists for you to be part of the team that works with the Employee and Legal Services Department and its stakeholders to optimize HR business processes and deliver HR technology solutions that effectively and efficiently provide service and support to the City of Edmonton\xe2\x80\x99s workforce. Reporting to the Manager, Workforce Systems, the HR Functional Analyst role involves end-to-end solution delivery and maintenance of the City\xe2\x80\x99s ERP applications, processes and services. The Functional Analyst provides subject matter expertise with in-depth knowledge and significant experience in the business processes supported by, and the configuration of the functionalities delivered through, the City of Edmonton\xe2\x80\x99s Enterprise Commons solution, with a focus on HCM processes and systems. Specifically, this position is responsible for proactively identifying business needs/requirements and designing business processes, analysis, planning, configuration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting and end-user support as it relates to the HCM parts of the Enterprise Commons platform.
