We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
HR & Finance Coordinator
to support our day-to-day business operations. This dual-role position combines key responsibilities across finance and human resources, including managing invoicing and payments, payroll processing, recruitment, and employee performance tracking. The ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations
Issue and track client invoices, ensure timely collections and follow-ups.
Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees.
Review and organize reimbursement claims from employees.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing transactions.
Assist with monthly reports and preparation of financial documents for bookkeeping.
HR Responsibilities
Coordinate and support recruitment efforts, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Track employee performance metrics and assist in performance review documentation.
Process payroll, including calculating work hours, bonuses, commissions, and statutory deductions.
Maintain HR records, including employment contracts, leave tracking, and personnel files.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a combined HR and finance role is preferred.
Familiarity with payroll systems and accounting/invoicing tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Strong proficiency in Excel and document organization.
Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
Bilingual in English and Chinese
Experience working in a startup or SME environment
Understanding of labor laws and payroll tax regulations
