, is looking for an experienced and motivated

HR Executive

to manage and support the company's human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating positive workplace experiences while ensuring HR compliance and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:




Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations. Handle employee relations matters and provide support on performance, discipline, and grievance issues. Organize training programs, performance appraisals, and staff development initiatives. Coordinate payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department. Ensure legal compliance with labor standards and company policies. Promote employee engagement and maintain a healthy workplace culture. Assist with administrative HR tasks including leave management, benefits administration, and documentation.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently. Professional, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
