Your main responsibilities will be :
Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive performance.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment effort and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent in collaboration with our talent acquisition department.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the main contact for employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing engagement.
Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and maintain updated HR policies.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll and benefits, ensuring competitive, compliant, and efficient administration.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Track HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making and evaluate HR initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Prior experience in HR management, ideally at the HR Manager or HR Director level.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR best practices.
Bilingual French /English
