Duties
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, utilizing
Dayforce
Support change management initiatives by communicating updates and facilitating training sessions.
Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making and process improvements.
Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely manner.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
Skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in HR software Dayforce.
Knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices.
Experience in recruiting processes including sourcing candidates through platforms like Lever.
Familiarity with change management methodologies to support organizational transitions.
Ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
