Job Description


:We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator located in North Vancouver, British Columbia. The role involves working in a hybrid workplace setting, balancing duties between an administrative office and remote work. As an HR Coordinator, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, supporting the HR Manager in a fast-paced environment within the industry.Responsibilities:

  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Carrying out background checks in accordance with company guidelines
  • Overseeing benefit functions, ensuring employees understand their benefits
  • Overseeing full cycle recruiting, from job posting to onboarding
  • Resolving HR-related inquiries or issues as they arise
Requirements:
  • Position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a HR Coordinator role or similar
  • Candidate must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in conducting Background Checks is preferred
  • Familiarity with Benefit Functions is essential for this role
  • Proficient use of UKG Pro and Payworks is highly desirable
  • Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting is necessary for this role
  • Candidate must be capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
  • Must be able to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
