Kids Without Limits is seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to fill a maternity leave position ( with possibility to stay on after).

Kids Without Limits supports parents and guardians of children with autism and/or other developmental delays, by coordinating temporary relief and the opportunity to take a break from the demands of daily care of their loved ones. The support we provide enables children to have meaningful and successful lives in their community. Kids Without Limits is a locally owned and operated respite agency in the Greater Edmonton area. We are dedicated to providing enriching and engaging experiences for children, as well as the opportunity to relax and recharge for parents. We understand the adversities that families experience when caring for special needs, and that's why respite is our heart and soul!

Responsibilities:

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Screening and recruiting new respite staff.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Organize and provide documents, reports and information.
Maintain electronic and physical files.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and training.
Participate and coordinate recruitment events.
Post positions in-person in Edmonton and Surrounding areas.
Other responsibilities and duties as required.

Key Requirements/Skills:

Post-secondary education in Human Resources and 1-2 years of Human Resources experience in a professional environment.
Strong judgement and the ability to make sound decisions in a complex environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A reliable vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
