Assist in answering employee questions and concerns, and participate in departmental Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Complete check-list items for employee status changes and updates as required.
Co-ordinate recruitment searches through approved processes, including prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews and participate in the recruitment process
Prepare, post and award internal job postings
Prepare new hire offer letters, notices, general employee memos, employee newsletter, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
Co-ordinate temporary staffing needs on a weekly basis with staffing agencies
Organize and deliver new employee orientation sessions as well as co-ordinate HS&E sessions as required.
Assists with pension and benefit administration, maintaining database, updating new information, and answering employee inquiries regarding pension, benefits and claims.
Ensures that the requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Health and Safety Systems are met
Other duties as required.
