As a HR Client Services Representative, you will work as part of the HR Shared Services Team, located at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick. You will provide a superior customer experience to our internal customers, and stakeholders across the organization and you will get the opportunity to continuously improve service by implementing improvements.
Be the primary point of contact by email and phone for employees to answer their inquiries, resolve issues and promptly provide information.
Assist employees and HR Business Partners with end-to-end human resources support including employee benefits and payroll. Working with the team, you will have support to escalate inquiries when necessary to ensure timely and accurate resolution while maintaining the highest level of professional service.
Perform employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems and manage inquiries in call tracking system.
Identify and recommend solutions for process improvement and participate in improvement initiatives.
Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma
Eagerness to work in and contribute to a highly collaborative team
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while delivering excellence in service
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to effectively prioritize workload
Detail-orientated with a critical degree of accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to employees' personal and private information
Ability to communicate in French is an asset
