Irving, Limited, you will work as part of the HR Shared Services Organization, located at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick. As a member of the team, you will provide a superior customer experience to our internal customers, and stakeholders across various business sectors.Qualifications:

• Education Required: Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s Degree
• Years of Experience Required:

2 years

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and previous Microsoft Office experience
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, multi deadline, team oriented environment
• Detail oriented with a genuine career interest in the area of HR, payroll, and benefits
• Sense of urgency and ownership over assigned tasks
• Ability to multi-task

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day activities needed to ensure systems are maintained by validating and entering new & updated information with guaranteed accuracy & timely completion
• Reconcile employee data to ensure all systems are in sync with HCM Cloud
• Process daily HR, Payroll, and Benefits transactions as directed
• Systems maintained include but not limited to HR (HCM Cloud & ELM), time (Kronos), payroll (JD Edwards & ADP), Blue Cross, using Sharepoint and MS Excel, etc.
• Provide filing/scanning & general document support services
• Escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure efficiency & accuracy of the data
• Fold/Distribute/mail check stubs & scale slips as needed
• Back up to Client Services as required
