Key Responsibilities:
Champion health and safety initiatives, ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
Support recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, maintaining optimal staffing levels across the organization.
Lead employee engagement and morale programs that cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Manage group benefits and RSP/DPSP programs to promote employee well-being and financial security.

What we're looking for:
A natural people person with a genuine passion for Human Resources including 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience

Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a solid grasp of compliance requirements and HR best practices.
Salary Range:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00K per year
