This position reports to the Manager, HR Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition in the Human Resources Service Unit (HSU), part of Pembina's Corporate Services Division. This role plays an integral part in ensuring that Pembina can deliver on its strategic objectives by working closely with business clients to provide guidance and support as it relates to people-related goals and objectives.The HR Business Partner is accountable for providing proactive HR generalist support to some of our Pipelines and Operations Business Units. The HR Business Partner leads the delivery of HR programs and provides coaching and advice to business leaders on employee relations, talent management, compensation, and workforce planning, among others. This role involves close collaboration with the HR Strategic Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Employee Services teams to deliver HR solutions and guidance that drive business success. This role is also expected to provide mentorship to more junior members of the team.The Human Resources Services Unit (HSU) acts to create a differentiated experience for our employees so that we can deliver extraordinary energy solutions so the world can thrive.
