HR Assistant

to join our Toronto team and support our HR department in managing employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:




Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately. Support onboarding and orientation for new employees. Handle routine HR administrative tasks such as preparing letters, contracts, and HR reports. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and employment standards.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in HR support or administrative roles is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
