Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to support our HR Manager in day-to-day human resources operations. The HR Assistant will handle administrative tasks, maintain employee records, assist with recruitment, and provide technical support in HR systems and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and comfortable working with HR tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling. Prepare and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS. Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes. Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and attendance tracking. Help coordinate training sessions through the company's LMS platform. Generate and update HR reports, spreadsheets, and analytics for the HR Manager. Ensure HR documents and processes comply with company policies and labor legislation. Provide general administrative support for HR operations.

Technical Requirements:



Proficiency with

HRIS systems

. Experience with online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Strong skills in

Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

; advanced Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis) preferred. Familiarity with

payroll management software

and time/attendance tracking tools. Ability to leverage

HR data/analytics

for workforce planning and performance tracking. Understanding of

labor law compliance systems

and workplace safety requirements. Experience implementing or managing

digital HR workflows

(onboarding portals, e-signature tools, document management).

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certification such as CHRP/SHRM preferred). 3+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong knowledge of labor legislation, compliance, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
