We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic Home Care Team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including data management, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee timecards and attendance records.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
Assist with employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Participate in change management initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
Collect and analyze data related to HR metrics to support decision-making.
Collaborate with project management teams on HR-related projects to ensure timely completion.
Skills
Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform HR strategies.
Familiarity with HR software systems.
Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Experience in payroll processing is a plus.
Knowledge of change management practices will be beneficial.
