We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our HR Department as a HR Analyst and the position is based out of our Brampton office.Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in creating, reviewing, and analyzing annual merit increase data, respective matrix charts, to align with corporate policies and deliver analytical analysis.
  • Maintain master data values in Workday and also supports current and future integrations.
  • Uses knowledge of current data and analytical methodologies and develops expertise in emerging tech
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of Workday reporting with a focus on developing an org-wide reporting strategy.
  • Provides support to ongoing and new HR projects/initiatives as needed.
  • Compile data and prepare various reports and work summaries.
  • Provides coaching to managers on all aspects of performance including creation of continuous feedback mechanism and improving performance if needed
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education with focus on Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, with proven experience in HR analytics is a must.
  • Strong data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of a data visualization tools.
  • Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience in the delivery of metrics from Workday is an asset.
  • Knowledge or prior expertise in Workday, Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel skills is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills - ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to prepare reports and present findings and to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
