Position: Human Resources Advisor / Administrator
Location: Laval (hybrid)
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience
Privileges: Group insurance, pension plan, 4 weeks vacation
Our client, a well-established company in the service industry located in Laval, is currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator / Administrator.
:
- Prepare hiring contracts
- Coordinate the process of welcoming and integrating new employees
- Create job offers
- Sort resumes and assist in the selection of candidates
- Create new employee files
- Be the contact person for employee requests
- Maintain employee information
- Produce analytical reports for implementation processes and performance improvement
Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Hhuman Resources (or at least formal HR education)
- 1-3 years of HR experience or at least one year of experience in HR tasks such as recruiting and onboarding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset
