THE ROLE
As an Administrative Assistant Human Resources Programs, you will deliver the administrative services such as research, data entry and compilation, record keeping, creating presentations and reports, photocopying and correspondence. You will prepare travel arrangements, travel claims, and expense reports. You will prepare and organize second language training testing.
The Administrative Assistant, will administer agendas, scheduling appointments and meetings and preparing documentation. You will organize material for conferences and meetings, managing logistics, travel and expenditures. You will prepare information for conferences and meetings, maintain minutes and follow-up action items.
This is a hands-on role, with lots of interaction with colleagues throughout the organization. If you are passionate about human resources, understand the value of people, and are detailed oriented and organized, this is the opportunity for you.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Human Resource Management, Business administration, Accounting, or related field AND some years of experience in Human Resource or Office Administration
Experience
In office administration
In data entry, data manipulation, record-keeping and retrieval techniques
In maintaining filing systems In drafting correspondence and reports
In invoice processing
In organizing meetings, events and conferences
In transcribing notes and minutes taking
In making travel arrangements and travel claims procedures
